The Museum of the North Beach will be hosting its 5th annual Heritage Fair 4-8 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino.

One of the highlights of this event is a video presentation of our 1910s era Northern Pacific Railway caboose that was moved 1-1/2 miles to the New Museum site June 29, 2019..

This momentous occasion was captured by drones and ground footage and will be shown publicly for the first time at the Heritage Fair.

This wonderful video was produced by Grays Harbor Video Productions in Aberdeen..

There will also be a slide show presentation with images of Northern Pacific passenger trains arriving at Moclips with thousands of visitors over 100 years ago.

The Heritage Fair also features live and silent auctions, with many artistic, decorative and collectible items up for bid.

These auctions are a fundraiser specifically for the New Museum Building Project.

The Museum is working to bring back a wonderful piece of history in the form of the landmark Moclips Northern Pacific Railway Depot. This replica will be the new home for the Museum of the North Beach.

Other highlights of this event include a buffet dinner of baked Quinault salmon, baked herb chicken, top sirloin, vegetable casserole, assorted salads, desserts and no host bar.
